GENERAL DISCLAIMER

Dopeyy limited fulfils a customer’s order in accordance with our obligations under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to consumers Regulations 2002.

USE OF PRODUCTS

Dopeyy garments and products are solely for personal use.

Specific aftercare instructions will be provided as per product/ garment.

PAYMENT

Payment of the price shall be made in full upon the date of the order.

DEFECTS

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing error has occurred, the Dopeyy team will follow out repairs, replace or refund if this is not possible.

We will require you to return the product, garment to us for inspection. We will not be liable for defects resulting from a customer not following our after-care instructions.

RETURNS AND REFUND

Requests for returns or refunds must initially be supported by proof of purchase.

In the case of refund due because of fault goods, the customer will be eligible for a full refund less the cost of any shipping costs previously incurred as these are considered complete at that point. Refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of the products delivery. Dopeyy limited retains full discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty or not.

All returns should be agreed before any product is sent back, agreed returns to be sent to the Dopeyy studio.

Orders will only be refunded by the original method of payment less the cost of any credit card fees.

All Dopeyy garments are inspected prior to dispatch.

DELIVERIES

All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.

It is understood that the turnaround and dispatch of orders may vary. All indicated turnaround times are estimated and the Dopeyy team will endeavour to meet as close as possible the average dispatch time of 3 days from order confirmation.
